I'm an 18 year old male, and every now and then when i go to pee i find it really painful to go, and not very much pee is coming out at all. Worst of all there are some white sort of lumps in my pee as well. When i peed in a bottle to try to see the lumps more clearly, i found after a short period of time (1-2 hours) the lumps had dissolved (disappeared).
I've been to the doctors with this problem a couple of times now, but whenever i did a urine sample they couldn't find anything to say I have a urine infection, and although they suggested kidney stones they weren't definite it was that either. I don't think it can be any type of STI as i'm not currently sexually active.
I just wondered if anyone has had anything similar, or could have any ideas what it could be!? I'm quite worried as it keeps occurring!

You mite have semen fragments lift in your urethrae from a wet dream or masturbation. if you try peeing after a erection your going to have some discomfort and difficulty peeing. Some men have trouble with there urethra switching Back from there ductus deferens or what runs from your testes to your urethra no I am not a doctor I sometimes have this kind of problem.

i also have same problem peeing very little for about 3 seconds then after get a real bad pain, just started to notice lumps coming out and they are a lil bloody looks like snot lol i know the corse of the problem im a ketamine user and ket has screwed my bladder dont understand why your getting this makes me feel better knowing someone that doesnt use ket is getting same problem. i know when you pee lumps in my case im actualy pissing bits of my bladder were ket has destroyed it not sure what yours is hope this helps
