You had sex on day 12 of your cycle with the other guy and took Next Choice on day 14. You would have been fertile.
Normally you will ovulate between days 11 and 16. The egg is viable about 48 hours after ovulation.
Since you took Next Choice and he didn't ejaculate, it is unlikely the other guy is the father but it is not impossible. Odds favor that your BF is the father - strongly. Unfortunately, there is always a chance it is the other guys.
A DNA test can confirm.
