so my son is almost 3 months old.i am breastfeeding i have yet to have my period. I'm kinda freaking out. I've took 3 pregnancy test and all were negative.we also use birth control. So someone please help and tell me why! Thank you

You're breastfeeding. That's why you aren't getting your period. You may not have a period for up to about 6 months or so. It's called lactational amenorrhea.
