Im starting to run again after doing nothing for about 3 months while in Physical Therapy for my knees. I run 4-5 miles 3 or 4 times a week but im noticing some strange things. First is that my cardio seems to be just where it was when i quit running, at the end of a 4 mile jog, not fast albeit (9:00/mile), im hardly winded, but anything above 5 miles and my legs just wear out completely.
what can i do to increase the endurance of my legs?

and another strange one is that my forearms have been sore after my runs :shrug: that one is completely throwing me off.

i wouldnt say that, i just kind of touch my thumb and pointer finger together not like pushing them.

Have you had the OK from your Doctor or Physical Therapist to resume training?

yes, but im supposed to be wearing a knee brace... but i dont because when bend me knee, it pushed to snap it straight again making me pull against it when i run and it wears out my leg... so i threw it out on a good note, i got some new shoes today
