Hey there.... first off why are you getting circumcised? It is normal for one ball to hang lower than the other and for them to be a little different in size. This way you don't crush ur testicles everytime you walk. The dark like is know as a raphe. It is where ur skin joined together when you were a growing fetus inside ur mom.
