I haven't been running or doing much of anything, except coaching for the past few weeks.
Lately, however, this last week anyway...my left knee feels kinda weak. Not real painful, but sometimes if I stand up too fast and put alot of weight on it, it feels like it's gonna give way.
What's up with that?
Any advice/ideas?

Have you tweaked your back lately? When I do a lot of lifting or shovelling that causes quite a bit of knee pain.

My knee hurts a lot when lifting my body weight, for example climbing stairs, the more weight the more pain. Also it clicks when I straighten it. Do I need doctors help for this?
