Alright, so silly question but I'm being paranoid..

I'm a man, and this is pretty awkward for me to ask about this kinda thing..
Well say, for example, my girlfriend is on her period. I know it's supposedly harder to become pregnant when a woman is on her period, right? Well I also heard it's possible to become pregnant without having sex, or without the man ejaculating in the woman..
so here's what happened..
my girlfriend was on her period, and I was fingering her, you could say.. well for some reason (I don't know if this happens with all men?), a sperm-like liquid comes out of me, although I had not ejaculated, and it's not white, but instead it's clear. It nearly always happens when I get aroused, but as I said, I had not ejaculated.. Well if that had gotten on my finger that I was using, could it really be possible for her to get pregnant? I mean, it's not white like sperm.. and there couldn't have been much of it. We hadn't had sex and I didn't ejaculate inside of her. Not to mention she was on her period. So could that have gotten her pregnant?
I heard from certain people that the moment oxygen reaches sperm, it kills the sperm. Not sure if that's fact or myth?
Well all of this happened about 3-4 days ago, and tonight she told me her stomach is in great pain, and she can't go to the bathroom. Her friends and family say it's a bladder infection, but I need to make sure..
I'm sorry if I rambled throughout this, I'm trying to be as clear as possible.
If anything is unclear, please let me know and I'll explain more.
