I remember that I have this problem from childhood. I have problem with my foreskin. When I was a little boy my mother was forcing me to stretch the band. That was painful experience and it didn’t help me at all. Now days this problem cause me discomfort on intercourse and I suffer a lot because of that. I decided to get rid of it. I heard that the way to do it is operation – penis frenuloplasty. I have never been in hospital before and I’m afraid of operation. What are they going to do to me if I go there?

Penis frenuloplasty is operation that can be done as a day case. That means that you come into hospital on the day of the operation and go home the same day. In the other hand you can spend two nights or so in hospital. All this depend on if you have problems with blood pressure, your heart or lungs. If you are smoker you should stop smoking. Also you should get down your weight if you are overweight. Before operation you’ll have a general anesthetic and will be asleep for the whole operation. After operation there will be some discomfort but you won’t suffer severe pain. If you feel any pain you’ll get some drugs to control it. Complications are very rare and I doubt you will have any. You shouldn’t drive car, use machinery or even boil a kettle 24 hours after operation. Couple of weeks after operation you should be able to return to your usual rhythm of life. But if you leave things as they are now your problems can get worse.

As I'm slowly finding out... I can retract the foreskin while erect but it snags when I pull it even further, yes I may have this condition yet to go see the doctor lol
