i had a soar throat for 3 days non stop and my head hurts i feel depressed and lots of flem in my throat i cough only cough sometimes im not sneezing i have huge headaces sometimes and my i feel like im going to throw up and belly is really hurting i have a stuffy nose snd dry mouth sometimes please help

A sore throat is nothing to take lightly. You may have Strep throat. This calls for medical attention as this is highly unlikely to go away on its own. A simple over the counter remedy for a stuffy nose is to take Vicks Vapor Rub and place some under your nose. You can put that on your lips as well. It has a nice methol smell that has the ability to break down mucus membranes. You should feel immediate relief from the Vicks. If necessary you heat a table spoon of Vicks in water and put that in a bowl. Put your head down close to the Vicks water and place a towel over your head to make a kind of tent. This works really well for any cold or flu. As for dry mouth there are some tooth paste products and mouth washes designed specifically for dry mouth and they work well. Ask you pharmacist which ones would be right for you.
