today is the 28th, i had unprotected sex on the 24th with my boyfriend. he told me he came inside of me but he wasnt deep in, he told me to pee to flush it out (though personally it sounds like a myth to me) approximately 40 or so minute later i peed but then soon after we had unprotected sex again. the thing is that i was on my fertile days and im not sure if that increases the possibilty of concieving. its been four days since then are there any over the counter contraceptives or anything that would help eliminate it? please help mee

It doesn't matter if he was in deep or just barely, he ejaculated in you. You are at risk of being pregnant. Urinating won't flush it out. It can flush it semen out of a man's urethra, not a woman's vagina.
Yes, being on your fertile days increases the risk.
It's too late for Plan B, but there is an emergency contraceptive, ulipristal acetate or "ella." You need a prescription for it. It works on days 4-5.
