I've only been eating 1000-1200 calories a day, drinking a gallon of water and riding up to 15 miles a week. It's been 6 months and after I lost the first 20lb. (I also gained 50lbs), I have only lost an additional 3 lbs.
I don't know what to tell you. I'm trying to cut out everything that has
corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. I've been doing that for a few weeks and that is how I lost the 3 lbs. You won't believe how many things (even
wheat bread and salad dressing) have corn syrup in them.
