I had a partial hysterectomy in Jan 2016. I will occasionally get lower abdominal pain and associated it with still ovulating. Well today I had increased abd pain on left side and after urination I wiped and there was gooey stringy dark brown discharge...should I be worried? Is this from a cyst?polyp?
