i am 12 yrs old and i weight over 11  and a half stone. there is this boy i like and i feal really awquard around him. ive tried exersiting and dieting but it doesnt seem to work. i have to admit i do eat a lot. i do do quite alot of exsersize too. like 3 hours and 30 mins of trampolining and 1 hour and a half of tennis. i dont want to grow up a big girl. boys think you ugly when your fat and i dont wanna be alone. my mum says im WAY!!!!! to younge to start dieting but i hate the way i am now :( xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well heavy dieting wont be good, but cutting back to normal portion sizes for your age group is healthy, as is staying properly hydrated and doing lots of running or bike riding. If you eat too much you wont lose the weight you want my dear, no matter how long you go on the trampoline. Don't see it as dieting, eat a proper good amount, just make sure you don't go over the amount recommended for your age group.

just keep active, and dont worry what people think about you because when youre older you wount even know them, keep exercising and eat healthily.
