How can I lose 10-15lbs in a short amount of time? What is the quickest time I can do this in as well?

All depends on what your definition of "short amount of time is?" About the quickest way to loose weight would be is if you already have a work out routine, increase the amount of work you do during your workouts such as instead of 50 sit ups, do 75-100 instead, if your weight lifting, increase the amount of weight your are lifting, other than that eat healthy, keep your self hydrated with plenty of water, try not to skip meals, and don't eat any more than you should at each meal. Most people think that if they skip one or two meals a day they will loose weight. What its actually does is, it slows your metabolism down a lot to the point where it almost doesnt process the food as it is suppose to which in return turns everything you eat no matter how healthy into fat or excess weight.

Well, I guess I figure in about 2 weeks. I am no longer shooting for 15 though, I lost 5lbs in 3 days, so onlylike  8 more to go. I exercise at any chance i get(at least 2 hours a day). Eating healthy isnt a problem either, I cant have anything processed, with high frutose, or with lactose, and I cant eat much all at once so thats easy. Is that a safe amount to lose in that bit of time? also, how do I keep the weight off as well as not going anylower than the 13lbs (doctors wont let me go to low)?
