I'm 15 and I don't have my period yet. I've been having discharge since I was 11 I'm having heavy discharge and its just a clearish white but I know that is normal a lot of my friends got their periods when they were 11 and I just a late bloomer????

I would wait until you are 16 before getting too concerned. Many do not start until they are 16. 15 years old is in the common range.
