I am 15 years old, have had my period for about 2 years, and I always get headaches before, during and now recently after my period. I do not like taking pills etc. so I don't. My mother also has this problem, I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there are any natural things that I could. Also is it normal for headaches after my period, as this is a first for me now?
