To whomever it may concern,

I am currently 19 years old and I can't ejaculate.

I have been masturbating/sexually active with various females since the age of about 12 years old. At first, after having done a little research, I just chalked my inability to "cum" up to the fact that I was just young. Despite going through puberty and experiencing all other facets of puberty, I still to this day cannot produce more than a drop or so of cum.

I can climax just fine, achieve orgasms, but never actually ejaculate. On the off chance that I do excrete a tiny bit of precum, or cum, its always cloudy/ has no real color (not really white). If I go pee afterwards however, I can see a small puddle of again clear liquid in the bowl as if i had "flushed it out" with my pee.

All things considered, I am not to worried as of now seeing as I am only 19 years old and am not looking to father any children right now, but I figured I should look into this now while I am still young incase action needs to be taken.

Some things to keep in mind. I have had urological problems from a very young age. I have a non neurogenic-neurogenic bladder, and hyrdronephrotic kidneys. I use to have to self cath (I no longer need to), and use to get urinary tract infections every month or so, as well as the occasional kidney infection. As I grew older and stronger however, these have subsided (the UTI's/kidney infections) and I can live with these conditions easily and they no longer truly impact my life, but I thought they might be significant for my situation.

I am otherwise a very healthy person. I workout nearly every day, eat a balanced healthy diet, am very physically fit, am actively sexually (always protected sex), go to class and carry about my day like anybody else would.

Some of my personal theories (purely speculative I am in no way medically qualified):

-My urethra is somewhat enlarged from all the self cathing I use to do as a boy, and thus when I ejaculate, there isn't enough "back pressure" if you will, in the "pipe".

-I have had a couple episodes of epididymitis when I was younger. (ie not sexually active at the time) I dont know if this is somehow relevant.

I know this post is pretty long, but this has been on my mind for a pretty long time now and I thought I might be able to find some answers online.

Thank you for your time and understanding,
