Ok from about 11 years old I started masturbating by giving myself a hand job. Then I moved on to using spit to give myself more pleasure I guess. Then now I am 13 and recently I noticed 2 spots right below the sulcus. They were a similar color to my skin. Can this be a STD? I am a vigin and only masturbate. I masturbate irregularly as well. I waited a few days for it to disappear but it didn't and I'm now very scared. Please help.

First off, don't panic. You say "spots," do you actually mean bumps? Also, you say they are below the sulcus. Do you mean the corona? Generally, small bumps that are on the underside of the corona and on the sulcus (the dip just below the head of the penis) are called "pearly penile papules." These are totally benign and normal, lots of men have them and you may develop several more small bumps during adolescence. You can read about these on Wikipedia. However, if they do not look like those on wikipedia then possibly you could give a better description? But the basic fact is that if you have not had sexual contact with other people, then you DO NOT have an STD. If you want to be absolutely sure it is nothing you could always ask your doc, your parents, or even the school nurse.
Hopefully this puts your mind at ease. It is also important to use lubrication while masturbating.
