You've been bleeding for 28 days?
You do need to see a doctor. Without having more information it sounds as if you may have an infection (bad smell). If left untreated an infection could affect your fertility later on in life. The constant loss of blood, no matter how slight, can also lead to anemia. This can cause other problems.
