Hello, recently after masturbating I received smooth skin and small craters on the underside shaft of my penis. I'm only 13, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do it and I only recently found out. I have no idea if I should go to the doctor, tell my parents, or do anything. It happened about 6 months ago, and I've only recently been bold enough to share my story on the internet. The craters never itch or anything, they're just...There. There's also smooth, dark skin on the underside shaft of my penis. Surrounding it is where the craters are. I'm also Vietnamese, if that helps any. Please give me advice on what to do, I really don't want to have to go to the doctor or see my parents about this.

Hi
Bumps and spots on the penis are pretty common.
If you are not sexually active it is not an STD.
If your meaning of I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to do it is referring to you masturbating there is absolutely nothing wrong with you masturbating and it won’t hurt you in anyway and it is something that most boys do.
Please don’t think you have done anything wrong and if you enjoy doing it there is no need to stop or worry about exploring your body and pleasuring yourself.
If there is any itching associated with the bumps and indents on your penis it may be pimples ingrown hair or a bit of jock itch.
Cleaning your penis well and often with soap and warm water is very important and an over the counter antifungal cream may be worth a try if there is any itching associated with jock itch.
If there is a need to talk to your parents about it or see your doctor there is no need to be ashamed or feel like you have done anything wrong.

for the most part bumps and little c raters are a result of hair , Never ever try to squeeze or pop the little bumps you will begin an irritation you will certainly regret

Hi
I hope it helps put your mind at ease but if you are still worried and concerned don’t be afraid to ask to see your doctor.
With no itch associated with them and they are probably mainly noticeable when you are erect sweat glands hair follicles will cause the bumps I have them your friends probably have them and many guys do as well good hygiene is very important keep the area clean and try not to worry.
