IM 30 YRS OLD W/ THREE KIDS MY YOUNGEST TURNING 2 THIS MONTH. So I've had 3 missed periods this year!! I'm on the copper iud the last one I missed was in august and was really late for september I started on the last day of the month. I took 2 test and both came out negative!! I dont know whats up can you help.

My clinical experience is that IUDs can severely disrupt the menstrual cycles of some women - even though technically they shouldn't.
Have you always used an IUD as your preferred contraceptive?

I agree with Olwen. Really, I think you're better off on birth control because it helps your periods out without throwing your hormones off. Have ou considered that?
