3 weeks delayed take home pregnancy test for two times and all result is negative,am i stl pregnant?

hi any1,hope u can help me..im already 3 weks delayed and i had unprotected sex 2 days before my period wil come.i already do home pregnancy test for 2 times but the result is negative.and yet until now my period did not come.is the home pregnancy test is not accurate?during 2 weks dat im delayed i can feel pain in my lower stomach and i also have sore breast.and now im already 3 weks delayed i have more vaginal discharged that color white or whitish and if u touch its seems like a milk.wat wil i do?is dis a symptoms of being pregnant?or i am just being paranoid?hope any1 can give me an answer.tnx asap plz
