Get a referral to an ear nose and throat specialist as soon as you can. (They can be hard to get into quickly) but this could be some type of benign or malignant bump that needs to be looked at by a professional. It may just be as small as a cyst, or lymphadenopathy. but ask for them to do a fine needle aspiration biopsy of it and culture it so you can be sure. Good luck and try to let me know how it comes out!
