During your month off of the pill, you may have gotten pregnant.
Did you have a period in March?
Also, by going off the birth control pill and then going back on a month or so later, it's just like starting all over on bc.
You have to use an alternate form of birth control, i.e. a condom.
When you went to the Doctor did you make mention that you were concerned about possible pregnancy?

If you are pregnant, you will need to stop the pill.
Mood changes, slight heart burn, tired feeling and nausea are all signs of pregnancy.
You may want to take a home pregnancy test. There are home tests that can detect the pregnancy hormone 5 days before your missed period.

usually its not recommended that you stop the pill until you have a positive test.
if you did get pregnant in march or at the begining of your first pill pack a test would show by now...take a home test if its negative...you probably are not pregnant- keep taking your pills- your symptoms will most likely subside within the next few months (your body needs to readjust to the hormones) Taking them with food at night might help.
Good luck
