well, im 16 and i have just broke up with my boyfriend of 5 months, and we were having unprotected sex, and i wasnt on the pill or any method of birth control { stupid, i know} , and the last period i had was around the 20th march, and todays date is the 6th of may, so i went to the sexual health centre and put myself on some contreception and i had to wait for my period before i could take them, and my peroid still hasnt come yet. iv taken 2 pregnancy test, the 1st on 15th of april, but i think that one might of been to early to take it as it said negative. and i took the 2nd one on around the 27th of april, but this one, i thought i'd broken it to be honest lol because it fell apart in my hand and it didnt do anything for around 5-7 minutes? and knowin pregnancy tests as i do, they only take around 2 minutes to come back with a result, and i thought it was inconclusive, which i looked up on the net, but when i went back to look again at the test it said negative? but i still havent had a period? i havent had any tender breasts, but i have had a loss of appertite, feeling sick and really bad heart burn, no back ache or anything? id really like some help or some advice or if anyone else has experianced the same thing, thanks

you can try taking another pregnancy test. april 15 may have been too early, and the 2nd one was probley inaccurate because it broke. try another one, and if it's still negative, you need to see a doctor and get a blood test to see if you are pregnant. if not, than there is some medicine they can give you to start your period again.

but the thing is, my periods arent irregular? and i odnt know how to tell him? because he has a child on the way and he doesnt seem that interested with that child so why should ours be any different? people said that it will because he loves me? :S:S:S:S men r confusinggg

i really woulnt worry about it yet....buy a quality name brand hpt and if its negative your period has just stopped for some reason or another- u r still really young and ur period will change a lot in ur life--- you can be "regular" for 10 years then get whacked out all of a sudden--
if u do turn up pregnant there are resources that will force him to pay child support - it sounds like other than that he;s not worth your time
since you plan on starting the pill its likely that ur doc will just confirm ur not pregnant and have u start ur pill- in all actuality having a period isnt a necessary thing.... how many years have u had it??

Thats ok- did you take another Home pregnancy test yet?? That should be your first priority.....dont worry about anything else- Like I said b4 if it comes up positive- go from there - if its negative- call your doc explain it all to him, he might want a blood test but as long as you use a good test probably not- he might have you take a hormone pill for 3 days and then have u start your pack or he might just have u start ur pack- hard to say- any rate take another test (like I said First response or EPT) and go from there- take it tonight.

if this boy already has a child on the way that he doesn't seem interested in, why bother with him? he probley loved the other girl at one point too. but, it really would be great if you took another pregnancy test soon. you either need to know that your pregnant, or you need help starting your period.
