Heavy spotting three times, one lasting 3 days (possibly period?), Not hungry at all for 2 days (prone to motion sickness and just got off a flight yesterday), stomach feels odd, no pain or anything (again, prone to motion sickness), on birth control (missed a few days and changed time of day I'm taking it spontaneously), 4 weeks since I've had unprotected sex (he claims he didn't even come close to cumming). Likely prego, or likely paranoid?
