I have irregular periods, sometimes so heavy the clots wipe me out or sometimes it's brief and uncomplicated. I bleed after sex more often than not. Recently I had a heavy period and it came back bright red 4 days later. I am stressed, don't eat enough and work hard on my feet all day. I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but I dont think I am pregnant. What could it be?
