I am 26 year old. Got married 6 months back. i had my last periods on 06-April-2012. Since then no sign of periods. I did 3 home pregnancy tests but all negative. After 30 days i got my Urine test done and that also turned out to be negative, That was quite depressing and worrisome. However, my doctor told me to get the blood test done but no use, as it was also negative. Then i got the ultrasound done which eventually revealed that i have a cyst in my right ovary which is 4.5cm approximately. My doc prescribed an antibiotic to get it dissolved as early as possible. I had it for 7 days and will go for another ultra sound after 2-3 days. I am however, really really concerned as iv read in several health blogs that a cyst in ovary is not usually related to stopped/ missed period. Now these days i am feeling really dull, lazy and having sore feet, backaches and feverish condition.

Well with all that testing it doesn't sound like pregnancy but stress could have a lot to do with it you might want to just talk to a doctor Bout it.
