TRY OUR SEARCH!

Okay, so i have been scouring through the internet and for some reason I can't find anything like it, or i just might be bad at searching.

Now the thing is it only happens if I am laying on my back and my head faces upwards, I suspect it's because of the uvula, but i don't know? It starts after maybe 5 minutes of laying down and forces my tongue to push forward 2-4 times in rapid succession, and doesn't happen for a minute or so. There is also no feeling or indication that I will vomit. It's mostly annoying than anything else, but I would like to be able to sleep and lay on my back haha.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance!
