i have a red flat bump below my penis and the penis area is swollen. i got a small penis and it keeps retracting in. i am overweight and never had anykind of sex. its not red around the penis ,its not itchy i dont have a rash. i didnt bump it or bruise it. i did have dark urine 1 or 2 times but i dont now. i had both of these for about 6 days now. i did go to the family doctor but they didnt to anything and told me they were going to send me to a specialist.

any ideas on what i got ?
