I’ve noticed swollen but not painful bump on my vagina. I can’t say if it’s redder than the other mucosa. What can it be? It moves freely under the skin. I’m pretty worried. That area is warm. Is that std? I haven’t discussed it with my boyfriend.

It sounds familiar to me. I guess it is sebaceous cyst; I had one 4 months ago too. Swollen bump on vagina is usually caused by swollen hair follicles. It is important not to try to remove the substance inside, to prevent infection and developing of abscess. It is going to disappear spontaneously, just be patient.
