My husband came to me last night and showed me a bump he had under his balls, he usually gets these but they are small and go right away. This one was huge, and swollen. So woke up this morning and i went to look at it and it was like it burst and there was yellow like puss all over the place what could this be.

A sebaceous cyst most likely. It is nothing dangerous but it could be painful. Sebaceous cysts are like pimple and form when the ducts that carry sebum to the surface get blocked and sebum (oily substance) starts accumulating under the skin forming cysts.
These cysts may get infected by skin bacteria and then they swell and get very big, painful red and it usually takes a few days for them to burst.
I often have problems with these. They (actually just one at the time----but more than enough) grow very big like an egg size (I am a female, so it happens in the groins, near outer labia) and hurt like crazy. They hurt so much that I can’t walk for two-three days, I can’t find a position to sit in and it can’t be squeezed as it becomes very hard and tender to the touch.
After a few days, it just bursts and the puss drains out and as if nothing was there. I haven’t had it in a while now and last time I spoke with dermatologist, she told me it could be taken care of with antibiotics. So, if he gets persistent ones, make sure he sees a dermatologist.

hello im 15 nearlly 16 and i found out i have a lump under my right ball soetimes it goes and sometimes it comes back but a bit bigger im scared sometimes that it cause something bad whats could it be ???? :-(

Im 13 and just got out of the shower, (male) and i found a lump under my scrotum....i popped it and pus flew everywhere and a foul odor came out...
