Make an appt. with your family doctor so they can run some tests. They'll first check to see if you have a UTI and then if that comes back negative they'll set you up with a CT scan to check for stones, could also be a sign of a STD. Unless you're suffering from severe abdominal/back pain, running a high fever, and can't urinate I wouldn't worry about kidney failure. Just go to your doctor ASAP.
