abdominal area is slighty bloated and i feel nauseated sometimes

hi i just want to ask about late periods. we had intercourse with my boyfriend last june 23th and were just using our fingers but he told me that before using his finger to me he forget to clean it and there is a semen or discharge in his finger, so im really scared because my usual beginning days of menstruation usually
starts 11-18th and now it's july 22 and my menstruation doesnt came yet, and im really terribly nervous about it. i usually have urinary frequency but now every 1-2hrs i go to the bathroom, my
