This is going on for about a week now, I been having abdominal pains like diarrhea pains and when I go to the bathroom, if I pass any stool it will be very little and soft and I am also feeling nausea too. I have also lost my appetite, I am getting worried now because this is not normal for me. Please advise me what is wrong.. and what can be done

I'm almost in a similar situation and have no idea what's wrong. You can check with gastroentorologist though they're not always helpful. Sorry I'm actually replying just because it won't let me post a new topic here...
