Sorry to discuss this but I have notice when I have a bowel movement I see these white stringy strings attached to my stool. my stool comes out its natural color but its the white strings on it. I have no cramps or nothing. I don't know what it could be. please help me. I don't have insurance or anything to go see a doctor . what do I do. the white strings are visible and they float on top of my stool please help

Go see a doctor. Be up front. Say you can't afford one, but also explain why you are there. Try one of the quick clinics or a hospital near a major city. They usually have walk in clinics as well. The white strings you described MAY be a type of tape worm. If so, you will need a prescription to rid your body of them.
