im 21 years old male and about 3 months ago i had chronic diarrhea. I went to the hospital because i don't have a current doctor in my home town. They tested my stool and never called me back so i thought i was fine. Now I am starting to find white stringys in my stool also sometimes red looking stuff in there like little clumps. I'm constantly tired and nothing i do can make me feel awake i am always energetic i just don't feel awake at all. my stomach hurts often in the lower quadrant area. I also have muscle aches in random areas very often. There are some more symptoms but im hoping i can get some kind of answer from these ones. Thanks for your help.

Something is not OK and you should seek for some other doctor advice or opinion.
According to those facts that you have wrote, it really sounds to me like you are dealing with an Enterobius. I know a lot about this once I had it, it is something like a worm, which is in fact a parasite and sometimes it can be the reason for the white stool.You should not be that scared because there are nothing to worry about as far your health is concerned if you have this on, but it can cause some bad feeling in your stomach. I was happy when I find out that these little guys are fairly easy to get rid of.
Your doctor should give you some medications and that is why you need to seek for other doc opinion.
