've been very stressed and worried because my grandma is at the hospital and I really belive this has cause my period to be late... I don't have a regular cycle and I'm around 8 days late... It's normal for me to be 4-5 days late, it happens some times during the year. We've had sex like this all these years, I wasn't afraid but it's the first time it's been that late and I'm starting to worry... I've had period cramps for some days now but I still have no blood.. I don't believe I can be pregnant, but I'll do a pregnacy test to be sure....

Hi, my girlfriend tells me that the girls who have regular cycles are very rare. Meaning that there are a lot of things that can affect your period. It can be flu related, stress, anxiety , all of these things can cause you to have your period late. I would not be worried if i was you. Just try to stress less, it only hurts your health. However, if you want to be sure you should take a home pregnancy test, they are pretty accurate. Just make sure you take in in the morning and that it has been at least 10 days since your last unprotected sex. Hope this helps.
