I am 13 years old girl 5'1 and 93-94 pounds and I usually eat around 1,200-1,400. I am very active, I dance 4 days a week for 2 or more hours a day. Whenever I eat more than 1,300 calories I freak out and I usually weigh a whopping 94 pounds. I really would like to loose 5 pounds, but I'm already underweight for my age and height, but I'm a dancer, I'm supposed to be underweight, right? idk. How many calories should I eat a day, so I don't gain weight? I'm afraid if I eat over 1,200 calories I will gain weight. I would really like to be 87 pounds so than I wouldn't have to stress about what I eat as much, because now I always check the calories when I go anywhere, and it gets really old constantly worrying. I've been trying to loose weight, but it's not happening, although I did manage to loose like 2 pounds over the past four months (lol). Please no rude comments. Please help!
