I have 2 Children and I am really trying for a third, I've been having heandaches on and off for a few weeks and usually never have them, I started getting light crampes 5 days, today i have started to spot. I took a pregnancy test this morning and yesturday and they both came back neg so My question is Does cramping and spotting happen before there is hCG in my urine? Sorry for my 1st post.

Natural Planning - having sex while breast feeding - has about a 30 - 40% success rate! As you only ovulate once in awhile - as you have found out! So depending on if you have recently ovulated and the dates of unprotected sex, you could definitely get pregnant!
