I'm 13 and 2 months old and I Wonder if ive hit puberty.I have small transparant hairs around my penis and when i mastubrate i get about a drop of transparant slimy liquid.
It would be much appretiated if some one could answer.

Yes you are. The blonde hairs will darken as you get older. The "slimy liquid" is semen. It is normally clear when you first start to ejaculate. It'll get more "milky" as you get older.
