You don't have to eat tons to be overweight. I'm 13 and weigh just under 100 pounds. I'm not unhealthily skinny but I also don't know what the right weight is. I'm like 5"6 but I don't feel that skinny and I have friends who are taller and skinner than me...

All I can really say to help you is just try and find a weight that feels healthy and comfortable to you
