Hi there im just wondering if i am pregant?

Im going to the loo lots, headaches, sweating, moodswings, crazy dreams, nausea,sore nipples, weight gain not had a period for 3 months.

Have done pregnancy test but they have come back negative,

Went to the doctors and she said to come back in 2 or 3 weeks.

My mother in law know that there is something wrong with me and i dont feel myself, please tell me what you think.
