i had my mirena iud removed 3 weeks ago (no period for 2 years while on iud). and stared bc pills the same day but did not use back up method. now i am spotting in 3 week of my pills. Is it possible that i am pregnant?

it is possible that you are pregnant, but it could also be that you just started your pills and your body is going through hormonal changes. Get an over the counter pregnancy test and see what the results are.
