The only answer is to get taller parents.
If it helps any, I'm about 2 inches taller than my father and he was about 2 inches taller than his father.
It is usually determined by family traits and there's nothing you can do about it. In general humans have been getting taller over the centuries. They usually attribute that to better nutrition both in the growing years and for the mother while you were in the womb.
You may have some growing left to do. It's not unheard of for someone to grow several inches in the later teen years.
Keep eating well and maybe you'll get lucky.

I don't think so. If anything it might make you shorter because weight compresses your vertebra.
To prove this, measure yourself as soon as you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. You will probably be as much as an inch shorter at night.
If I adjust the rear view mirror in my car when I leave in the morning, when I get back in the car late in the day I will be seeing part of the head liner at the top of the rear window.
