I doubt it. I am not a regular drinker of alcohol, but when I go out I tend to have few drinks and I found that it relaxes me to an extent that I forgot about our friend "T"

I also started having headaches, dizziness, and tinnitus after my first panic attack a few months ago

Very similar situation here. I've had G.A.D. for 20+ years now. "Tin" for almost a year. Due to seriously high levels of anxiety (and drinking) I believe it might have been caused by my binge drinking.
I "need" to just knock myself out from the "tin" sometimes so I drink way to much in one evening. The next day my "tin" is ALWAYS screaming loud.
I've decided more yoga, and relaxing methods are probably a better step to try next.
A lot of research has been done with alcohol withdrawal, that I'm sure (or and least pray) that our brains seriously f**k with us and the blood vessels, the gaba receptors etc...

Thankyou. My ears have been ringing for 3 weeks. I get pressure in my head (temples and sinuses). It is not painful. I also have what I would describe as bright or flashy vision (similar to what happens before a migraine). I have been taking clonazepam and it helps but I'm looking for a solution and not a bandaid. I am avoiding anti-depressents and trying to improve my diet and exercise habits. I hope this goes away soon, but i believe you're correct that it is anxiety causing these symptoms.
