Guys, I really have some health issues lately. I have noticed that something weird is happening to me while I am under some stress - it doesn't matter is this stress huge or small, but I have some health issues that I don't know how to describe.

Well, I will try. Sometimes I have this buzzing or vibrating sense, like electricity. After this, I start to have some weird vibrating in my head.

Is there any explanation for this?

Yes, I am dealing with anxiety for a couple of years and I really want to know is this connected with it?

Yes, anxiety can cause this buzzing or vibrating feeling through your body and most of the people are unable to describe this feeling. This is one of the most uncommon symptoms of anxiety because it can occur even when no anxiety is present. And another thing is that nobody really knows what causes this buzzing or vibrating to happen since it happens even when there is no anxiety, that makes it even hard to diagnose. I guess that you will just have to go along with it and learn how to cope with it until you manage to overcome your anxiety.

Hello there. You are so confused about this and I can see this. First, I am really sorry because you are feeling bad. But there is one thing that this could be related with - it could be related with vitamins shortage. So, maybe you should try to do some analyzes to see is this the thing in your case.

Also, I believe that a lot of people are telling you this, but how about you learn to breath slow and properly? Do you even have problems with rapid breathing?

If you do, it is time to learn how to control it.

Hey you two. Thank you for those quick answers. But I don' believe that this happens to me because I don't have enough vitamins in my body. So, I would say that this is not in my case. About those deep breathing, I believed that this is the case as well, but than I have learned how to breath properly and it wasn't helpful to me.

So, it is probably all because of my anxiety at this point. What can I do, how I can control it? I really would like this to stop and trust me, I am so desperate that I would do anything to stop this.

Ugh, I had the same problem when I was suffering from anxiety. I mean, I am still suffering from anxiety, from its mild form but I am not experiencing those buzzing feelings that I used to experience before. I was scared in the beginning just like you were but I called a friend of mine who is a doctor and he told me that this happens to people who are suffering from anxiety so I don't think that you have a vitamin shortage or anything, I think that you are dealing with the same thing that I was dealing with in the past, and these buzzing feelings just disappeared on their own.

I think as well that these vibrating feelings will disappear on their own, they are just a symptom of anxiety. However, if you are afraid that something else might be causing them, you can always go and talk to your doctor to get your doubts removed, there is nothing worse than when you are having doubts about your health, that sometimes happens to me and the best way to deal with these doubts is to talk to your doctor and maybe do some tests. But I am quite sure that this thing that you are experiencing is just a symptom of your anxiety.

Oh my God, I had these as well and I thought that I was the only one, I thought that I was going crazy. I didn't tell anyone about this because I thought that they will think that I am crazy or something, I was so scared that I can't even describe it to you. Luckily for me, this only lasted for a couple of days and then it completely stopped. Some time after it stopped I kept asking myself if this really happened or was I just making it up. It is nice to hear that I am not the only one who experienced this.

I have been experiencing a buzzing / trembling in my left foot and throughout my body. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

What could be the cause of buzzing in my head? I'm a sixty-two year old female on no medication.

I think you're correct. I also get the buzzy/vibration in my legs head etc. From my understanding its from the anxiety disorder, nerves. When you can manage the anxiety therapy/medication it will die down. Tension with anxiety go hand in hand.
