It took about 2 months. I had ups and downs, sometimes i would feel okay and sometimes I would wake up with a flow blown panic attack. What made it worst was when I would sit at home and worry about it. Also I would go on the web and read alot of bad stories and that would make me more anxious. I took ativan for a couple weeks which helped but didnt cure the anxiety. Ultimately the anxiety went away when through mindfulness. I had to change my perspective in thinking and that has helped me overcome the anxiety.

I've never really done coke before, (only once or twice prior) , and I did it once a tiny line, and now I am getting the same symptons as you guys, it has been 6 days, I just want to be normal again. Sometimes I feel ok, other times I can't recognize myself, I feel like I've lost interest in all the things I use to enjoy. Have you guys gotten better ? How ?

Hi Everyone,
ok, phew! It's day 3 since I did coke, couldn't sleep int he morning, stayed up until about 5 pm that day laying in bed watching netflix trying not to freak out' missed a class at uni, which made it worse, knew it was the comedown, but it wasn't going away!!!! Incredibly bad anxiety, depression, self loathing, it's day 3 and I'm still trying to shake it, glad to hear I'm not alone, been drinking green tea, eating well and trying to get some sleep. Went to work and school today but couldn't speak to anyone, thankfully I work alone and then could just sit in class not talking to anyone. Was starting to think I was losing it, never doing blow again and am staying off the drink too, I can't handle sh*t, giving me anxiety disorder here.

Guys relax i went through the exact same thing this guy went through. The way how i overcome the dream feeling was by indoxtical intention by accepting it when it happens and request it more and more to happen, that way your body wont get scared of it anymore and you will get a little dizzy when you do that but thats your accomplishment after that you will feel sooo much better! you just have to request it more and not be afraid of it. I guarentee you nothing will happen to you i know it sounds a little scary but its nothing and all this will go away take my word. You have to be strong and exercise high intense everyday, dont be lazy if you do then it wont go away. So whenever you have a panic attack or whatever it is you just have to accept it and know everything is ok because your body can handle so much more. Stop thinking about it and work and go out and do things. Also i found by praying to Jesus a lot has helped dramatically.

READ THIS!!!
It will go away on its own.. IF... and I mean IF... you stay the **** away from coke. Dont touch it again. Consider yourself lucky it happened with coke. With me it happened with alcohol. Im in goddamn college as an athlete and cant get drunk to celebrate a win with my bros. I quit alcohol for good and I feel like myself again. Abstain from coke, drink lots of water (some of the symptoms are due to metabolic encephalopathy causing electrolyte imbalances in your brain) and be as positive as you can from here on out.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
