I have never really enjoyed running. I make myself do it every once in awhile, but after I am usually so wiped out for the next few days that I never end up doing it again until it has been a long time. Granted, I use the elliptical and bike in the meantime.

I have flat arches and subluxation in my left knee, so those are some other issues I am dealing with when I am running. I have asthma, but usually exercise doesn't bother it that much, just chemical fumes and perfumes and the like. I would like to run more often, but I just hate it! Does anyone have any tips to learn to actually enjoy running?
