Hi, I’m going to have a myleogram very soon. I’m just curious to know what does it feel like, can I expect complications of any kind, how long does it take… Please, if anybody here had it, share your experiences. Thanks.

I hope you already know what myleogram is. First of all it can be painful and you must rest and lay flat for at least 6 hours after you’re done with it. Depending on the procedure itself and the dr you might get stronger meds prescribed but that is not guaranteed. That’s all I know about it. Good luck with everything.

Had the test four days ago. I will never do it again. The dye rushes to your head and gives a crazy headache, goes to your waist, then from there to your legs. (I'll call it muscle electrocution)
Had to have an injection for pain when it was over. Four days now, can still feel the pain.(In my legs) I take tramadol and it eases the pain.
